Using the service

Use the site and its request features for their intended purposes. Provide accurate information when requesting access or checking a request, and do not use automated traffic or other actions that disrupt the service or other users.

Access and media requests

Sending an access or media request does not guarantee an invitation, a particular title, or a completion date. Availability can change, and the service may be unavailable during maintenance or when a connected provider is down.

WellDoneBets points

WellDoneBets uses virtual points for entertainment only. Points cannot be redeemed for cash or prizes and have no cash value.

Other services

Links to Plex, the media-request service, and other outside services lead to separate products with their own terms and privacy practices. Check those services before using them.
